Product Designer (Mid to Senior)

Position Overview

We are seeking Mid to Senior Product Designers to join our Product Innovation unit. In this role, you will own client engagements end-to-end—from the initial brief through to complete, developer-ready design handoffs—working directly alongside embedded client product teams. We are looking for product-minded designers who reason from business goals and user problems, build scalable design system architectures, and leverage modern AI workflows to ship high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities & Ownership

• End-to-End Client Ownership: Drive the complete design lifecycle from brief interpretation to final developer handoff, serving as the primary design advocate in direct client engagements.
• Advanced Figma & UI Execution: Construct complete, consistent UI systems incorporating all edge cases and interaction states using advanced Figma mechanics (Auto Layout, components, variants, and interactive prototyping) under delivery deadlines.
• Design System Architecture: Define, build, and structure scalable design systems and token architectures tailored to specific product needs, rather than relying solely on existing libraries.
• Product & Growth Thinking: Align design decisions with core user problems, business metrics, conversion funnels, and drop-off analytics. Measure post-launch performance to iterate and grow the product.
• UX Fundamentals & Validation: Map user journeys and task flows prior to screen design, and conduct usability testing to validate hypotheses with actual users.
• AI-Assisted Workflow: Integrate AI tools into research, rapid exploration, and prototyping workflows, applying critical judgment to refine and elevate AI-generated outputs.
• Stakeholder Management & Handoff: Communicate design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders, defend strategic decisions, and produce thorough documentation for seamless developer implementation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer (Mid to Senior level) managing complete product design lifecycles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in either B2B SaaS/Complex Dashboards or Native Mobile Products.
• Mastery of Figma and design system construction (tokens, component libraries, dynamic layouts).
• Proven track record of using quantitative/qualitative data and usability testing to inform design iterations.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
