The Internship: Your Chance to Build from Scratch

Forget coffee runs and busy work. We're looking for our founding design intern to join the team immediately and help shape the core of our product. You won't just be testing features; you'll be the architect of our user's experience. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor, work directly with the CEO of a fast-growing AI startup, and ship work that will impact hundreds of thousands of users from day one.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Design, Prototype, & Ship: Take ideas from a scribble to a fully interactive prototype. You’ll create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma that are ready for development.

• Become the Voice of the User: Lead user interviews and usability tests to uncover deep insights into what our users need, want, and love.

• Solve Complex Problems: Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to find elegant, simple solutions for complex UX challenges.

• Drive Product Strategy: Your research and designs won't go into a folder; they will be debated, respected, and used to make critical decisions about our product roadmap.

• Collaborate with the Best: Work 1-on-1 with our CEO, CTO, and Head of Brand in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Who We're Looking For (Hint: It's About Passion, Not Pedigree):

• You have a deep passion for user-centric design. You could be a student, a recent boot camp grad, or completely self-taught. We care about what you can do, not your specific major or background.

• You have a portfolio. Seriously, this is all that matters. It doesn't need to be perfect. We're excited to see scrappy projects, class assignments, or even a single case study that shows how you think.

• You're curious, empathetic, and love talking to users to understand their world.

• No prior internship experience is required. We're looking for raw talent and a hunger to learn.
