About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX/UI) who can iterate fast, embrace AI-driven prototyping, and thrive in a startup environment.

We want someone who can independently take on projects, execute rapid prototypes, and drive user-focused designs from concept to launch. If you like jumping into new challenges and leveraging AI tools to speed up your workflow, we’d love to hear from you.

🔎 What You’ll Do

• Wireframe & Prototype: Quickly produce early concepts, turning ideas into interactive prototypes using tools like Figma (or your preferred stack).

• AI-Enhanced Workflows: Use AI-driven design tools (e.g., Figma plugins, ChatGPT) to speed up prototyping, user journey mapping, and asset creation.
  

• User Research & Feedback: Gather market insights and validate designs through research and direct feedback — then rapidly iterate.
  

• UX/UI Design: Craft intuitive and visually appealing user flows, interfaces, and interactions that address real customer pain points.
  

• Design for Various Mediums: Occasionally create presentation decks, marketing materials, or website graphics to support the team.
  

• End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full design process, from discovery to deployment, including presenting ideas and iterating based on feedback.
  

• Startup Mentality: Adapt to shifting priorities, propose new solutions independently, and keep things moving even when no one’s watching.
  

🛠 Tools & Skills You’ll Use (and Explore)

• Design & Prototyping: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
  

• AI Tools: Replit, Lovable, polymet, Figma plugins, Sora, Midjourney and anything else that accelerates concepting and asset creation
