- Run discovery sessions with clients and convert findings into prioritized product decisions.
- Create high-signal interaction prototypes and implementation-ready design specs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems used across multiple products.
- Partner with engineering to validate shipped UX and iterate based on real usage.
- Proven experience designing production web applications, not only marketing pages.
- Strong Figma skills with component systems and interaction prototyping.
- Ability to explain design decisions in business and technical language.
- Working knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing.
- Experience designing analytics dashboards or internal tools.
- Exposure to accessibility standards and inclusive design patterns.
- Past collaboration in fast-paced agency or product studio teams.
