Role Description The 3D Modeler will create high-quality 3D assets for games and interactive applications, including characters, environments, and props. Day-to-day responsibilities include modeling, texturing, and optimizing assets for real-time performance, as well as collaborating with designers and developers to ensure visual consistency and technical compatibility. The role also involves refining lighting setups and preparing assets for integration into game engines. This is a contract, remote role, offering flexibility while requiring reliable communication and timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for game-ready assets.
• Candidates should possess practical experience as a Modeler, creating characters, environments, and props.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with Blender and related 3D tools for asset creation and optimization.
• Candidates should possess an understanding of Lighting for realistic and stylized scenes in real-time engines.
• Relevant qualifications include familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal), knowledge of topology and UV mapping, and basic texturing skills.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include a strong portfolio of 3D work, attention to detail, ability to follow art direction, and effective remote collaboration skills.
