Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new products or services, resulting in an expanded product line and increased revenue.

• Oversee pilot testing, production, and quality control, ensuring that new products or services meet established standards and are produced efficiently.

• Integrate marketing and sales efforts, resulting in effective promotion and sales of new products or services.

• Manage data and document records, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are maintained and easily accessible for reference and analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science/Engineering

• A Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred but not required

• With technical knowledge and understanding of road construction chemicals and processes particularly in Concrete based products

• Knowledgeable in performing & analyzing market studies

• At least two (2) to three (3) years of experience in new product development/business administration and expertise in setting up end-to-end manufacturing processes.

• Innovation / Business Incubation experience is required

• Preferably with a driver's license (motorcycle/car)

• Has the willingness to do fieldwork
