Keep every product on time, on budget, and on everyone's radar, from first concept to launch.
We're looking for a product-focused Project Manager to keep product development organized for a consumer products e-commerce business. You'll own costing, pricing, timelines, and project plans. You'll also be the bridge between our China-based product team and Sales, so everyone knows where each product stands and when it's coming. This is a product development role, not a software, IT, or factory operations role.
Location: Brazil - Fully Remote
Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
Own and maintain the product cost calculator, including materials, manufacturing, packaging, freight, and landed costs.
Build and update pricing models to support margin targets and sales decisions.
Create and manage product development timelines and Gantt charts across multiple projects.
Coordinate daily with the China team to track samples, approvals, revisions, and production milestones.
Keep Sales updated on product status, launch dates, costs, and changes.
Flag delays, cost changes, and risks early, and propose solutions.
Organize project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Run regular check-ins to keep stakeholders aligned and decisions moving.
Improve processes and tools so product development runs smoothly as the portfolio grows.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
Project management experience in consumer product development, ideally physical goods sold through retail or e-commerce.
Experience managing product timelines from concept through sampling, production, and launch.
Strong understanding of product costing, pricing, and margins.
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills: you're comfortable building and maintaining cost models.
Experience building Gantt charts and project plans (Smartsheet, Monday, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturing teams, especially in China, is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; you keep busy teams informed without being asked.
Highly organized and comfortable juggling many products at different stages.
Background in software, IT, or localization project management alone is not a fit for this role.
