Team • Fully remote team with flexible location; APAC time zones are preferred for collaboration • Team members come from leading companies such as Tencent, Microsoft, and Amazon • Day-to-day collaboration is mainly in Chinese, with English used flexibly for cross-border communication About the role We’ re hiring a Product Engineer to turn messy product problems into simple, high-quality user experiences. This is not a traditional PM role or a frontend-only implementation role. We’ re looking for someone who can understand user pain points, define the right product solution, and ship it end to end. What you’ll do • Own product problems from idea to shipped experience • Turn user needs, business goals, and complex logic into clear product decisions • Design and build intuitive workflows for B2B SaaS use cases • Work closely with founders and teammates to refine requirements and priorities What we’re looking for • Strong product sense and the ability to make good decisions with limited guidance • Strong UX and workflow judgment, especially for complex logic-heavy products • High ownership and comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment • Enough technical depth to independently ship high-quality product experiences • Comfortable using English for technical collaboration and documentation Nice to have • Experience with B2B SaaS, AI products, adtech, or martech • Experience working directly with founders, customers, or end users • Experience in 0-to-1 product building or early-stage start ups • Background as a design engineer, independent developer, or hybrid full-stack/product builder What we offer • Fully remote work with flexibility on location • High ownership and direct influence on product direction • Close collaboration with founders and fast decision-making • Competitive compensation and meaningful growth opportunities If you want to shape how AI-native B2B products are designed and shipped — and you want to own real product decisions, not just build screens — we’ d love to hear from you.
