Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, your technical expertise and creative problem-solving will directly impact product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role: As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bringing new products to life — from initial concepts and CAD design to prototyping, testing, and production launch. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners to develop high-quality, functional, and manufacturable products that meet BURGA’s standards for innovation, quality, and design.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products that align with market needs and company objectives.
-Establish and oversee testing methodologies to ensure products meet high-performance, safety, and quality standards before reaching the market.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to refine production processes, select optimal materials, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record and expertise with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the R&D department, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and practices.
- Mastery of SolidWorks, Fusion, or AutoCAD for 2D/3D modeling and technical drawings.
- Ability to conduct root-cause analyses and troubleshoot design challenges effectively.
- Experience in product testing and performance evaluation to ensure manufacturability and durability.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Open-minded approach to new challenges and the ability to integrate emerging technologies into product development.
SALARY: 2460 - 3200 Eur/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
