Product Engineer (Agentic AI) | €110K–€160K + Equity | Fully Remote, Lisbon

A fully hands-on engineering role building AI agents already being used by major enterprise customers.

You'd join a AI SaaS scale-up that's recently raised over €40M, with established international customers and serious investment in engineering.

They're building AI agents that automate complex business processes. Not another chatbot or AI idea that hasn't made it into production yet.

Real customers, real engineering challenges and AI that's actually doing the work.

You'll be one of the first engineers joining locally, helping shape the culture as the team grows.

What you'll be doing

• Building and shipping products across the full stack.
• Developing AI agents already used by paying enterprise customers.
• Owning features from the first idea through to production.
• Working directly with customers and Product to solve real problems.
• Using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and AI agents throughout development.
• Helping shape technical decisions as the Lisbon team grows.

Who are they looking for?

• You love coding and have experience building production software.
• You're a strong full-stack engineer who can work independently.
• You already use AI coding agents in your daily work.
• You enjoy solving hard problems and taking ownership.
• You're comfortable working closely with customers and other engineers.
• You're based in Lisbon.

Stack: They are all TypeScript, with React.js on the frontend and AWS.
