You will work on the core product that helps our customers reduce production costs, improve quality, and unlock the potential of their teams on the shop floor. 👉 We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Engineer (m|f|d) to join us in Frankfurt (Germany) or Cluj (Romania), ready to develop across the entire tech stack and driven to build sustainable, customer-focused solutions. You will become a key member of a cross-functional product team, deeply involved in shaping our software. Your role spans from technical design and implementation to actively participating in product discovery, ensuring that our solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with user needs. 💻 Your Tasks Develop features across our stack based on Angular, NodeJS and deployed on Microsoft Azure. Collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams to find the best technical solutions for customer challenges Ensure the long-term sustainability and maintainability of our codebase through thoughtful development practices, architecture decisions, and code reviews Work confidently with AI coding agents (e.g. for scaffolding, refactoring, test generation, and code review) as a natural part of your daily workflow, while critically evaluating and owning the quality of the output Help shape how our team adopts and integrates agentic development tooling into our engineering practices and CI/CD pipeline Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior team members. 🎡 Your Profile You bring at least five years of professional software development experience, ideally in a product-focused company You have a solid understanding of core computer science fundamentals and systems thinking, with a track record of making sound technical and architectural decisions You have experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, especially Angular and/or Node.js, and can quickly get up to speed with new technologies and tools You have hands-on experience using AI coding agents in a professional setting and know when and how to rely on them and when not to You have a proven ability to work closely with Product teams to shape and deliver impactful customer experiences You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.
