Job Responsibilities You’ll work alongside talented engineers and cross-functional teams to design and build high-quality software while continuously improving the performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems. You will: Design and build scalable technology solutions that support Trafilea’s growth and the evolution of Trafilea Engine. Develop new capabilities and continuously improve existing systems, with a strong focus on internal APIs and infrastructure . Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code designed for high-scale environments. Identify technical debt, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks , and implement solutions to address them. Improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability . Contribute to technical planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews , helping raise engineering standards. Ensure strong observability through effective logging, monitoring, alerting, and debugging practices. Document technical solutions clearly to enable effective cross-team collaboration . Help shape the backlog and connect technical decisions and KPIs with product and business priorities . 4+ years of professional experience in software development , with strong Full Stack experience building and maintaining production-grade applications. Strong backend development experience with Node.js / NestJS or comparable technologies. Strong frontend development experience with React / Next.js . Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript , with solid experience designing and developing REST APIs . Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments. Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability patterns, performance optimization, and system reliability . Experience with automated testing , including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Experience with CI/CD pipelines , modern development workflows, and engineering quality practices. Experience with observability and production systems , including monitoring, logging, debugging, and identifying technical debt and performance bottlenecks.
