DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL PUESTO

El puesto de Especialista de Producto y Fitting es un rol itinerante dentro del equipo de Sur de Europa de Callaway Golf, responsable de trasladar la experiencia Callaway a golfistas, profesionales del golf y empresas distribuidoras asociadas en todo el territorio.

Combinando experiencia técnica en material de golf con la tecnología de fitting más avanzada, la persona titular del puesto ofrece experiencias de fitting personalizado premium basadas en datos, imparte formación de producto a la red de partners y actúa como referente técnico de confianza de la marca. En estrecha colaboración con los equipos técnicos y comerciales de Callaway, contribuye a elevar los estándares de fitting en toda la red de partners y garantiza que cada golfista comprenda su material y su potencial.

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Fitting y Rendimiento

· Organizar e impartir jornadas de fitting en puntos de venta asociados, pro shops y centros de fitting.

· Ofrecer una experiencia de fitting premium y personalizada a golfistas de todos los niveles.

· Utilizar tecnología avanzada, incluidos los launch monitors de Foresight Sports, para optimizar el rendimiento de cada golfista.

· Analizar los datos de lanzamiento, comprender las características del swing y recomendar la configuración óptima del palo (cabezas, varillas y ajustes).

· Presentar las últimas innovaciones de Callaway y demostrar sus ventajas en términos de rendimiento.

Formación y Conocimiento de Producto

· Impartir formaciones de producto dinámicas a partners, puntos de venta y profesionales del golf.

· Compartir conocimientos sobre las tecnologías de Callaway y los fundamentos del fitting personalizado.

· Acompañar a los equipos de los partners en el uso y la optimización de su equipamiento OptiFit.

· Dirigir talleres prácticos, simulaciones de fitting y demostraciones de producto.

· Reforzar los conocimientos y la confianza de los partners para que puedan ofrecer una experiencia excepcional a su propia clientela.

Trabajo en Equipo y Experiencia de Campo

· Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos técnicos y comerciales de Callaway en todo el territorio.

· Contribuir a la planificación y organización de las jornadas de fitting y las sesiones de formación.

· Compartir aprendizajes del terreno para mejorar de forma continua la experiencia de fitting.

· Representar a Callaway en eventos, lanzamientos de producto y activaciones de marca.

· Contribuir activamente a un equipo internacional dinámico.

· Buen nivel de inglés, valorado en un entorno internacional.

FORMACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

· Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia en fitting personalizado, enseñanza de golf o en el sector del material de golf.

· Se valorará la experiencia en demostraciones de producto o en formación a partners comerciales.

· Se valorará el conocimiento de tecnología de launch monitor (p. ej., Foresight Sports).

· Permiso de conducir en vigor (imprescindible).

REQUISITOS FÍSICOS / ENTORNO DE TRABAJO (si procede)

· Puesto itinerante que requiere desplazamientos frecuentes por el territorio del Sur de Europa.

· El trabajo se desarrolla en puntos de venta asociados, pro shops, centros de fitting, instalaciones de golf y eventos, incluidos espacios exteriores y campos de prácticas.

· Flexibilidad para asistir a eventos, lanzamientos de producto y activaciones, que ocasionalmente pueden tener lugar fuera del horario laboral habitual.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Product & Fitting Specialist is a field-based role within Callaway Golf’s Southern Europe team, responsible for delivering the Callaway experience to golfers, golf professionals and retail partners across the territory.

Combining technical golf equipment expertise with the latest fitting technology, the role holder delivers premium, data-led custom fitting experiences, provides product training to partners, and acts as a trusted technical ambassador for the brand. Working closely with Callaway’s technical and sales teams, the role helps raise fitting standards across the partner network and ensures every golfer understands their equipment and their potential.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Fitting & Performance

· Organise and deliver fitting days at partner retailers, pro shops and fitting centres.

· Provide a premium, personalised fitting experience for golfers of all abilities.

· Use advanced technology, including Foresight Sports launch monitors, to optimise player performance.

· Analyse launch data, understand swing characteristics and recommend the optimal club set-up (heads, shafts and adjustments).

· Showcase the latest Callaway innovations and demonstrate their performance benefits.

Training & Product Expertise

· Deliver engaging product training to partners, retailers and golf professionals.

· Share expertise in Callaway technologies and the fundamentals of custom fitting.

· Support partner teams in using and optimising their OptiFit equipment.

· Lead practical workshops, fitting simulations and product demonstrations.

· Build partners’ knowledge and confidence so they can deliver an outstanding experience to their own customers.

Teamwork & Field Experience

· Work closely with Callaway’s technical and sales teams across the territory.

· Support the planning and scheduling of fitting days and training sessions.

· Share insights from the field to continually improve the fitting experience.

· Represent Callaway at events, product launches and brand activations.

· Contribute actively to a dynamic international team.

COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

· Passion for golf, golf equipment and new technology.

· Solid understanding of golf, golf equipment and custom fitting principles.

· Confidence using technology and interpreting performance and launch data.

· Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Experience in custom fitting, golf coaching or the golf equipment industry is highly desirable.

· Experience delivering product demonstrations or training to trade partners is an advantage.

· Familiarity with launch monitor technology (e.g. Foresight Sports) is an advantage.

· Valid driving licence (essential).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)

· Field-based role requiring regular travel across the Southern Europe territory.

· Work takes place at partner retailers, pro shops, fitting centres, golf facilities and events, including outdoors and on driving ranges.

· Flexibility to attend events, product launches and activations, which may occasionally fall outside standard working hours.
