About the Role
A healthtech company building operational software for hospital leaders is seeking its first dedicated Product Lead. You will own the product domain and connect customer insights, product decisions, and engineering execution to support the company's growth.
What You'll Do
Learn hospital workflows and the needs of nurse managers and health system leaders, then translate customer feedback into product insights.
Set and own the product roadmap, prioritizing requests based on customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.
Write clear product requirements and partner with engineering and design to deliver features efficiently.
Triage support tickets and partner requests, deciding which issues should reach engineering.
Own product tooling and define business metrics for roadmap initiatives.
Build a product analytics strategy, including what to measure and how evidence should inform decisions.
Improve the daily experience for nurse managers and track user retention and buyer value.
What We're Looking For
Five to ten years of product management experience in healthtech, shipping products in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
Experience as a sole or founding product manager with ownership across a product's full surface area, and a hands-on individual contributor approach.
Background building operational workflow products for health system buyers such as nursing, technology, or operations leaders.
Strong commercial judgment, connecting product choices to revenue, market opportunity, and measurable business outcomes.
Technical fluency with data models, backend tradeoffs, and platform architecture, plus experience using SQL and product analytics instrumentation.
Experience creating prototypes with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, v0, or Replit.
Ability to learn new domains quickly and build credibility with senior healthcare customers.
Compensation & Benefits
