About the role Help transform mental healthcare for millions of kids nationwide as Marble’s next product leader. We're looking for a world-class PM to architect and scale our patient experience. Working with a cross-functional team of engineering, operations, and design teammates, you’ll own Marble’s patient interface at every step of the patient journey. What you’ll do Own core patient & family product experience Enable patients and families to get into care, stay engaged, and navigate their care journey end-to-end. Marty, the AI patient companion Today, care largely lives within the therapy session. Tomorrow, Marty has the potential to change the paradigm of how kids engage in care—shifting from a weekly appointment to a continuous, engaging experience that supports kids in the ways they need it, in the moments they need it most. Turn guardians into active care team members Today, our product engages guardians as passive recipients of care updates. Tomorrow, Marble will move from updates to action—guiding guardians to support their child in the right ways at the right moments. Qualifications Requirements 6+ years in product management roles, including consumer-facing Experience building products 0→1, and scaling products 1→10 AI product experience NYC-based and able to work from our SoHo office 3+ days/week Bonus Prior startup or early-stage experience is strongly preferred Prior experience in the healthtech space Ideal traits 🔮 Psychic - Product Sense The ability to deeply understand consumer needs, behaviors, and pain points, often before customers can articulate them themselves.
