Product Lead – Sportsbook

Wiztech Group is looking for a hands-on Product Lead to drive the development of our proprietary Sportsbook platform from scratch.

We are looking for someone with strong Sportsbook Product Management experience who has personally led the development and launch of a complete in-house Sportsbook platform.

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid preferred). Remote may be considered for exceptional candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the Sportsbook product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead the development of a proprietary Sportsbook platform from concept to launch.
• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Trading, Risk, and Business teams.
• Prioritize features based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Drive the development of core Sportsbook functionality across web and mobile.
• Monitor product performance and continuously improve user experience and business KPIs.
  

Requirements:

• Strong Product Management experience in Sportsbook / Sports Betting.
• Proven hands-on experience building and launching a complete proprietary Sportsbook platform from scratch (required).
• Experience owning Sportsbook product development end-to-end, not just integrations or existing platform improvements.
• Strong understanding of core Sportsbook functionality, including betting flows, odds, trading, risk, and settlement.
• Experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent English.

Working Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
