Product Line Leader

Job Location: Ontario

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Line Manager to lead and grow our military product lines. This role is critical in driving the strategic direction, expansion, and performance of product offerings—including assigned product lines—that support U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) programs. The Product Line Manager will report directly to the Military Business Unit Manager and will have a Contract Administrator reporting into them to support quoting, order administration, and compliance efforts.

Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset and experience utilizing tools such as Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP to identify growth opportunities and make informed investment decisions.

In this role, your primary responsibilities are (but not limited to):

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow assigned military product lines, leveraging advanced analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead the identification, quoting, and follow-up of military procurement opportunities through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
  • Conduct detailed market and contract analysis using Haystack, DIBBS, and ALLICORP to assess demand trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Manage product lifecycle decisions and pricing strategies in coordination with internal departments, utilizing investment forecasting and historical procurement data.
  • Oversee the performance of the Contract Administrator and ensure alignment in execution of quoting, order entry, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and margin growth across assigned product lines.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with DoD contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
  • Drive the development and capture of Long-Term Agreement (LTA) opportunities related to assigned product lines within the military sector.
