The Opportunity We are seeking a Product Line Manager (PLM) to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our next-generation multi-terabit optical engines . How You’ll Contribute Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and execute the product roadmap for high-capacity optical engines (100G–200G/lane, multi-terabit systems). Anticipate customer needs and align products to Hyperscaler, AI/ML infrastructure, and networking roadmaps. Work with executive leadership to set pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. Customer & Market Engagement Act as the primary interface with hyperscalers, networking OEMs, and semiconductor partners. Collect and translate customer requirements into product features and specifications. Build business cases, market analyses, and competitive positioning for product decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership Drive collaboration across engineering, sales, operations, and executive teams to deliver on time and within budget. Define MRDs (Market Requirement Documents) and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents). Ensure seamless new product introduction (NPI) and lifecycle management. Performance & Metrics Track KPIs across revenue, margins, adoption rate, and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for differentiation in power efficiency, bandwidth density, and cost per bit. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or technical marketing in optical interconnects, photonics, or semiconductor industries. Strong technical understanding of silicon photonics, optical engines, pluggables, or Co-Packaged Optics (CPO). Proven success managing multi-terabit interconnect products or high-speed networking technologies (Ethernet, PCIe, InfiniBand, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage C-level and technical stakeholders.
