Product Management Intern (Technical / Dev-to-PM)

Location: Remote / Bangalore

Stipend: ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 / Month

Duration: 6 Months (With potential for full-time conversion)

The Mission

This is a Founder's Office role designed specifically for a developer who wants to transition into Product Management without losing their technical edge. You will not just be writing tickets; you will be the technical bridge between the Founders and the Engineering team. We are looking for a builder who understands code but is obsessed with "Value" and "User Experience."

Your Role

You are an engineer at heart who now wants to own the "Why" and "What" alongside the "How." You will own the technical product definition and prototyping of critical 0-to-1 features.

• Technical Product Definition: You won't just write generic PRDs. You will define API contracts, review data models, and assess technical feasibility before development begins.
• Rapid Prototyping (Frontend/Mobile): Use your frontend or Flutter skills to build functional prototypes and mockups. You will prove the concept works visually before handing it off to core engineering.
• AI Feature Strategy: Work with the founders to design how we implement LLMs (Gemini, GPT). You will experiment with prompts and context windows to define the exact behavior of our AI features.
• Quality & Architecture: You will act as the first line of QA, testing APIs and UI flows to ensure they meet the technical standards you helped define.
• Documentation & Specs: Translate high-level business goals into actionable technical tasks (Database migrations, API endpoints, Background jobs) for the engineering team.

Who You Are

• A Developer Transitioning: You have a CS/Engineering background and can read/write code, but you realize your true strength lies in product strategy and user experience.
• Frontend/Mobile Capable: You have hands-on experience with Flutter or modern Frontend frameworks (React/Vue). You can spin up a UI quickly to demonstrate an idea.
• AI-Fluent: You understand how LLMs work, their limitations, and how to integrate them via APIs.
• Structured Thinker: You can take a messy problem and break it down into a clean, step-by-step roadmap.
• Tech Stack Familiarity: You understand AWS/GCP, API structures (REST/GraphQL), and database basics.

Non-Negotiable Requirement

AI-Native Workflow: You must be proficient in using AI-assisted environments like Cursor or coding directly with Claude. We expect our PMs to be able to "build to think"—meaning you use AI to generate code snippets or prototypes to validate your product ideas instantly.
