Fab builds mobile AI apps for client-facing use cases. We're a fully remote team spread across several cities, with our core in Istanbul.

The role

You'll work alongside the founding team on the products we're shipping next: scoping features, running user interviews, prototyping and tuning our AI assistants. Any major is welcome, business, design, humanities, social sciences. Wanting to build matters more than what you studied.

We're hiring 3 interns in this round.

Responsibilities

- Initiate and lead new products.

- Build projects from scratch and execute.

- Interview users, test features, and identify improvement opportunities.

- Drive app downloads, usage, and overall experience.

- Create and optimize prompts with developers to improve our AI assistants.

What we're looking for

- 3rd or 4th year university student or new graduate.

- Fluent Turkish and strong English. Our team meetings are in Turkish, but we use English every day, in our tools and with the English-speaking people we work with.

- Eager to learn and comfortable with ambiguity.

- Curious about AI and how it's changing work.

- Prefer learning by doing rather than just reading.

How it works

To work with us, or with any startup in the future, you need to be trained in AI and have skills that weren't required before. In the first 4 weeks, we'll try to get you these kinds of skills.

The first 4 weeks are an unpaid onboarding period. You'll work closely with the founding team, talk to users, gather feedback, and see the gap between what we think we built and what people actually experience.

The role is remote, with most of our team time in the evenings, Istanbul time.

At the end of the 4 weeks, we decide together whether you continue.
