You'll be working closely with our group of companies in the fintech sector as part of the Engineering department. This company is a leading B2B fintech platform in its field, processing over US$2B across multiple currencies annually. What you’ll do Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends. Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products. Use data-driven decision-making and customer discovery efforts to optimize platform performance and identify growth opportunities. Ensure the platform's scalability to handle increasing transaction volumes. Oversee compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and industry best practices. What you should have Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry. Proven track record of delivering digital products or platforms in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage workflows across technical and non-technical teams. Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and fintech ecosystems. Experience scaling products in high-growth environments. Ability to handle ambiguity, priorities tasks effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
