Key Responsibilities:
You will define user problems, propose solutions to identified issues, and contribute to feature development and improvement to help grow the product.
Main responsibilities:
- Breaking down milestones from a broad perspective, based on market conditions and potential customer segments, and setting business KPIs
- Discovering opportunities and exploring value through qualitative and quantitative research, while considering prioritization
- Leading product development in collaboration with engineers, designers, product marketers, product analysts, and customer support
- Verifying the effectiveness of releases and implementing improvements
- Forming alliances to support product growth
- Overseeing the overall launch of new products

- Experience as a Product Manager (PdM) or equivalent experience leading teams in prioritizing and developing product features
- Experience in web application development

- Experience in developing, executing, and revising business strategies and KPI trees, with feedback loop implementation
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager (PMM)

- Ability to deeply analyze quantitative/qualitative data, extract insights, set testable hypotheses, and design/execute hypothesis verification through experiments
- Experience in setting priorities for issues to solve, collaborating with development teams and designers to drive product development
- Experience working with product marketers to deliver value to customers
- Understanding of engineering, decision-making on product quality, and information security
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders in product development teams
