Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company developing proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and enterprise AI solutions. Rather than relying solely on existing AI models, the company builds its own AI technologies optimized for Japanese language processing and business applications.
Its mission is to help enterprises transform their businesses through advanced AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vision Language Models (VLMs). About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in transforming customer insights into scalable AI platform capabilities.
Working closely with engineers, consultants, and AI researchers, you will analyze customer requirements, identify common business challenges, and define reusable product features that enhance the company's enterprise AI platform.
This is an opportunity to help shape both the product and the product management process within a rapidly growing AI organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and gather business requirements
- Analyze and structure customer challenges and product requirements
- Determine which customer requests can be transformed into reusable platform capabilities
- Define product specifications and feature requirements
- Prioritize product initiatives based on business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development
- Ensure product decisions align with the overall product vision
- Design and improve product planning and decision-making processes

Requirements
Must Have
- Professional experience as a Product Manager (PdM) or experience in product planning and requirements definition for B2B products
- Experience organizing and abstracting customer requirements into reusable product features and specifications
Nice to Have
- Product Manager experience for platform products
- PMO experience managing multiple projects, including requirements gathering and prioritization
- Experience at an SIer or consulting firm with involvement in product development
- Experience developing enterprise B2B products
- Experience working on products or projects utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or related AI technologies
