Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data alongside market trends to continuously drive software product enhancements and validate long-term roadmap directionality. Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Design Leads, and cross-functional teams to estimate level of effort, define metrics, identify dependencies, and break project scopes into actionable workstreams. Align commercial and operational teams by proactively communicating program statuses, managing risks, and ensuring sales and marketing are fully equipped to sell new features. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills 5+ years managing complex projects and technical software implementations within a start-up or agile development environment. 7+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or entrepreneurship, with proven success building scalable project management tools and strategies. Deep knowledge of relevant medical technologies, healthcare data, billing, or cardiac devices such as CIEDs, arrhythmia concepts, and implantable/wearable technologies. Core Behavioral Competencies Excellent communication and situational awareness to navigate trade-off discussions and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned. Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic priorities. Proactive risk management and high resilience when navigating ambiguity, stressful situations, and very particular customer needs. Compensation Details: The salary for this position is currently being benchmarked, but will include an annual salary, plus bonus, equity ownership opportunity, and benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. RhythmScience is committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
