Working in close partnership with the VP of Product, this role translates strategic objectives into execution-ready plans and manages a product portfolio through the full development lifecycle. The Product Manager works directly with a cross-functional development team, including product designers, software engineers, and QA, operating in an AI-assisted development environment that moves fast and requires a hands-on, adaptive approach. Key Responsibilities • Partnering with the VP of Product to execute and refine the product strategy for your portfolio • Ensuring product strategy and execution are aligned with company objectives • Supporting customer discovery sessions and synthesizing insights into actionable product decisions • Working cross-functionally to maintain alignment and communication with all stakeholders • Following product management best practices and defining metrics for health and success for each product in the portfolio • Bridging the gap between strategic direction (set by VP of Product) and day-to-day execution • Contributing to GTM readiness by partnering with the VP of Product on launch preparation, stakeholder alignment, and release communication. Specific Expectations Coordination & Communication Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders across the organization. Accurately communicate objectives, organizational benefits, and risks. Monitor relevant success metrics and share data as needed. Change Management Stay on task and on plan, but adapt to the realities of internal and customer teams. Manage and communicate the impact of changes to all relevant stakeholders in a timely, professional manner. Relationship Management Build and maintain healthy relationships with team members. Requirements Requirements Experience: • 3+ years of relevant experience in software product management or a closely related product role • Experience working in or alongside agile/AI-assisted development environments • Automotive, F&I, SaaS, or data product experience preferred • Travel as needed, up to 10% Skills & Competencies: Essential • Ability to execute product management initiatives with increasing autonomy • Emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment • Strong relationship management skills • Comfortable working through conflict, change, and uncertainty • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively • Ability to meet stated expectations on time and with quality Technical Skills • Knowledge and understanding of product management, SDLC, SaaS, and DaaS concepts. • Data literacy : ability to read, interpret, and make product decisions from data; comfort working with data products and analytics tools. • Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. • AI fluency : Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, including prompt-based development, AI code generation tools, and the role of product in paired product and engineering development environments. • Familiarity with GTM processes and the product-to-marketing handoff. • AI-powered design and prototyping : Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to create proofs-of-concept, wireframes, mockups, and light prototypes. StoneEagle does not have a dedicated product designer; the Product Manager is expected to generate design artifacts independently using AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma with AI plugins, v0, Lovable, or equivalent) to communicate intent and drive development conversations.
