Product Manager

We’re growing fast, and as part of our expansion we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own features end-to-end, from shaping ideas into product requirements to collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ship impactful solutions. As a Product Manager at Orbit, you’ll be at the center of strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product and other PMs to ensure we’re delivering products that solve meaningful problems for our customers while aligning with Orbit’s vision and growth goals. You’ll be joining a product team that thrives on curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. We value pragmatic decision-making, a bias for action, and the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking. 3–5 years of product management experience in a SaaS, B2B, or technology-driven environment. Proven track record of delivering features or products end-to-end , from ideation through launch and iteration. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and user stories. Comfort working with data—experience using analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, SQL) to inform product decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to influence without direct authority. A mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution , with the flexibility to zoom in and out depending on context. Passion for customer-centric product development —you love understanding user needs and finding elegant, scalable solutions. Familiarity with API-driven products, integrations, or data platforms (a plus, but not mandatory). Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment , where priorities can shift quickly. Own the lifecycle of key product features — from discovery and definition through design, delivery, and iteration. Partner with engineering and design teams to prioritize, plan, and execute the roadmap , ensuring alignment with company strategy. Gather and synthesize customer insights through research, feedback, and usage data to inform product decisions. Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria . Drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure smooth product launches and adoption. Monitor product performance using analytics and KPIs; identify opportunities for improvement and act on them. Contribute to product strategy discussions , helping shape Orbit’s vision while keeping a sharp focus on delivering incremental value. Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally—helping teams, customers, and partners understand the "why" behind the product. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies , bringing fresh ideas into Orbit’s product development.
