Is this job info correct?

About Ferocia Ferocia is a team of more than 300 people building better financial experiences for Australians. As the digital division of Bendigo Bank , our work spans Up , a digital bank; Connect, the platform powering Bendigo Bank’s web and mobile banking; and tools that make managing money simpler and help protect people from scams and fraud. Our shared purpose: helping people feel more confident and in control of their money. Sound like something you’d like to be part of? We’d love to hear from you. The role We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our team, working on developing tools to detect, respond to and report financial crimes for both Up and Bendigo Bank brands. We believe we can take Australians from a place where money is a cause of stress and anxiety, to a happier place where they feel empowered and in control of their finances. This is a rare opportunity to join our small but growing team, and have a real impact on the lives of customers and staff. You'll be responsible for a whole suite of tools, supporting all Bendigo Group brands, that share the common purpose of protecting people from Financial Crime. You’ll be joining our product practice, and together with a team of engineers and designers, you will collaborate with internal teams and drive the strategy around this suite of tools and building new ways of working across the business. You’ll need to wear many hats and will be given the opportunity to own projects from start to finish, from idea to successfully shipped and beyond. On a normal day, you could be: Defining requirements for a solution that is loved by our users (both customers and staff). Providing insight and suggestions to steer product roadmaps and innovating within your product area by proposing ambitious features. Communicating successfully within the project team and at multiple levels of management across both Up and Bendigo Bank, building trust across the organisation. Documenting ROI or impact for a given action, feature, or prioritisation decision. Collaborating with the development team to facilitate the implementation of prioritised features and enhancements. Identifying and coordinate the interdependencies among other programs and products. Ensuring product features comply with risk, compliance and legal obligations. Developing and maintaining timelines, ensuring delivery goals are understood and communicated. Gathering inputs and feedback and suggest improvements to our product development delivery processes, and operational model. Ensuring that staff (including those in the front line and financial crimes teams) and customers are fully prepared to support and use the products you are building. Presenting to senior leadership teams. What we’re looking for Experience designing and delivering end to end projects (from idea to successful launch), with at least 3-5 years working with engineering teams. Passion - this is harder to define, but we're looking for people who have a desire to push the limits, break the status quo, and be at the forefront of where technology is leading us. An eagerness to learn, expand your skills, and do the best work possible. Project delivery experience - A must have is your ability to track progress and provide reporting and measurements of project effectiveness. You need to inspire and motivate teams as well as be able to communicate wins and challenges to key business leaders. Product lens - Being able to understand customer and business needs and know when to focus on the big picture vs zoom into the details. Independence - ability to work with a certain level of ambiguity, and "get shit done" autonomously, but still know when to ask for help. You’re proactive without waiting for direction from others, and can identify opportunities on your own, and bring them to your team. You'll need to be able to manage competing priorities across multiple tools and stakeholder groups. Experience in Financial Crimes - while this is not a must-have, you'll need to have the ability to learn a complex domain quickly. If you've got that covered, then we can bring you up to speed on financial crimes. Working at Ferocia We work flexibly, with genuine autonomy over where and when you do your best work. Ferocians can use our Melbourne CBD office as much or as little as makes sense for them. We also value spending time together face to face, with teams making time to meet in person when it matters. That’s why we’re currently only hiring people based in Naarm/Melbourne and surrounding areas . Here’s some of what you can expect: Smart, passionate people who care about what they make. Generous leave and parental policies. Flexibility and genuine autonomy over your time. A great CBD office with a rooftop, gym and personal trainer. A budget for personal development, training and conferences. An Employee Assistance Program. Home loan rebates (conditions apply). Ongoing bonus and equity grants (conditions apply). Unsure if you tick every box? Throw your hat in the ring anyway. We value different experiences and perspectives, so we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. You might be just who we’re looking for.
