Product Manager

## About the role As a Product Manager at Gagasimaji, you will play a key role in defining the values Gagasimaji can deliver for customers. You will own high visibility, revenue-driving initiatives that enable customers to have more success with our product. You will have the opportunity to partner with a world-class team of Product Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Analysts, Marketers, and cross-functional leaders across Gagasimaji to understand users’ needs, create a cohesive strategy and execution plan, and build experiences with measurable impact. ## What you'll do - Own product development from conception to launch: Completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, launch, growth, and maintenance - Lead and align cross-functional partners and teams: engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, business partners, and operations to drive a shared vision - Develop methods for assessing product and project success and processes to increase the likelihood of it - Align teams to a shared vision and steer execution on that vision - Own partner concerns and issues related to your product area - Support product development work outside of your core team, when necessary, to enable any dependencies that impact your product area - Empower your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment - Drive customer-driven decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution in the face of ambiguity and complexity ## What we're seeking ### Must have {{Please add qualifications or remove this section}} ### Nice to have - You operate as an owner & expect others to as well.
