About Us:

Teamflect is a B2B SaaS platform used by organizations around the world to manage performance and develop their people. Built around Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365, we bring performance management into the tools teams already use every day.

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own a product area from customer discovery through delivery and ongoing improvement. You’ll work directly with customers, designers and engineers to identify important problems, set priorities and build solutions that customers use.

We also want someone who contributes to how our product team works—bringing strong product judgment, clear communication and experience building high-quality B2B software.

What you’ll do

• Understand customer needs through conversations, product usage, support feedback and input from our commercial teams.
• Set clear priorities for your product area and explain the problems, evidence and trade-offs behind them.
• Turn customer requests into solutions that work across customers. Decide what to build, simplify or leave out.
• Partner with design and engineering to shape complete, usable workflows, including configuration, permissions and edge cases.
• Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria. Stay involved during implementation and make scope trade-offs with engineering.
• Define success before development, review product quality before release and check what happens after launch.
• Use adoption, usability and customer feedback to decide what to improve next.
• Work with other PMs on changes that affect multiple product areas, and share useful practices through peer feedback.

What we’re looking for

• Experience owning and improving a B2B SaaS product area, including customer discovery, prioritization and post-launch follow-up.
• Concrete examples of decisions you made, the alternatives you considered and what you learned from the results.
• Strong product judgment and attention to detail. You can simplify complex workflows while accounting for different users and customer requirements.
• Experience working directly with customers and testing assumptions before committing to a solution.
• Confidence using product analytics to investigate behaviour, understand friction and evaluate whether a change helped.
• Experience working closely with designers and engineers, including discussing data, permissions, integrations and technical constraints.
• Clear written and verbal communication. You can make decisions understandable, handle disagreement and keep work moving.
• Professional working proficiency in English for team collaboration, customer conversations and product work.

Useful, but not required

• Experience with HR software, collaboration tools, productivity products or other complex business applications.
• Experience improving repeat use of an established product.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience building useful AI-assisted workflows or using AI tools thoughtfully in product work.
• Experience supporting other PMs through peer feedback or mentoring.

Customers can complete important workflows with less friction and continue using the improvements we release. Your team understands the priorities, the reasoning behind decisions and how to judge whether the work helped.

You take responsibility for following through after launch and bring what you learn into the next product decision. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with ownership of a product area.
