Job Summary

As a Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead product ideas, monitor product and feature success through metrics, and execute product development while interacting with different stakeholders. You will lead the team and ensure features are launched promptly. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, proactive individual with 3+ years of experience in product management who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who wants to see the real impact of their work.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to work with multiple clients and partners simultaneously.

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap with suitable documentation.

• Work with multiple stakeholders from management to developers and understand their needs.

• Understand the definition of success and potential scope creeps.

• Proactively understand potential risk and create strategies to avoid them.

• Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to develop and iterate on solutions from initial concept through execution and delivery.

• Own the product management tool and process

• Customer advocate articulating the user’s needs.

• Monitor product and feature success through metrics.

• Provide proactive feedback to ensure all changes are complete and accurate.

• Adjust priorities as needed and hold transparent communication processes.

• Provide updates on a daily and weekly basis to Rumor Management.

This position is IDEAL for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in product management.

• Is comfortable in an agency environment and deal with multiple projects simultaneously.

• Has the ability to create low fidelity wireframes when doing documentation.

• Has successfully collaborated with a team and has excellent verbal and written communication.

• Has the ability to use google suite, notion and Figma.

• Is experienced in product management in product or service based tech companies

• Understands software development lifecycle and be able to collaborate with developers and designers.

• Is experienced with Agile process and methods.

• Is skilled at handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Has high EQ, interpersonal skills, creative problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Is experienced in creating processes and reports to showcase project updates to multiple stakeholders.

This position is NOT IDEAL for someone who:

• Needs consistent micromanagement to get things complete.

• Is not interested in learning or adding value to our high-growth projects.

Additional Information:

• Work from anywhere in US.

• This position can either be salaried or contract.

• Minimum one-year term.

• Full-time (40 hours per week).

• Flexible vacation policy.
