About us
mazeed is a financial management platform that helps businesses automate accounting, simplify tax compliance, and stay ready for e-invoicing through a combination of localized software (SaaS) and Finance-as-a-Service (FaaS). We work with SMEs and growing companies across the GCC, enabling them to operate with clarity, control, and confidence.
We are building the infrastructure for the next phase of financial compliance and digital transformation in the region, with a strong focus on e-invoicing and scalable financial operations
Job Purpose
As a Product Manager I at mazeed, you’ll help turn customer and business problems into well-defined product solutions and work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring them to life. You’ll own features and defined product initiatives from discovery through launch, while developing the skills and judgment required to take on increasingly larger and more complex product areas.
Your work will directly contribute to:
How businesses onboard, subscribe, and use our SaaS product
How internal teams such as finance, CX, and compliance operate efficiently
How we simplify and automate financial and operational workflows
How mazeed improves its product based on customer feedback, data, and business needs
What You’ll Do
Own the discovery and delivery of clearly defined features and product initiatives
Understand customer and internal-user problems through research, feedback, data, and collaboration with stakeholders
Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
Work closely with engineering and design throughout the product development lifecycle
Break larger problems into smaller, actionable product increments
Help prioritize requirements based on customer impact, business needs, effort, and urgency
Coordinate with CX, Financial Services, finance, compliance, and other teams to gather requirements and validate solutions
Support product launches and ensure relevant teams understand new functionality
Monitor feature usage, customer feedback, and product performance after launch
Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and product experiences
Maintain clear product documentation and communicate decisions effectively
Contribute insights and ideas to product planning and roadmap discussions
Core Values
Being a mazeeder, our promise to customers, internal teams, HR and Leadership is to demonstrate our core values in our daily interactions and quality of work:
Integrity
Customer Obsession
Simplicity
Growth Mindset
Innovation
Empowerment
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in product management or a closely related product role
Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about how products and businesses work
Ability to understand workflows and translate them into clear product requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
Comfortable using data and customer feedback to inform decisions
Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take increasing ownership over time
Bias toward action and a willingness to get into the details when necessary
Bonus: experience with SaaS, fintech, accounting, financial systems, or subscription products
Bonus: experience working with internal tools or operational workflows
Your KPIs for success:
Features and initiatives you own move from problem definition to launch with clear requirements and strong execution
Engineering and design teams have the context and clarity they need to make good decisions
Customer and internal-user feedback is incorporated into product decisions
Issues, dependencies, and trade-offs are identified early and communicated clearly
You increasingly solve problems independently rather than waiting for detailed direction
You build trust with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
Over time, you progress from owning individual features to owning increasingly complex workflows and product areas
