Product Manager

Founded in 2019, Machina Games is a leading mobile game studio specializing in puzzle games. Since our founding, we have been innovating and staying true to our mission: making games that have never been played before. Having launched two hit titles, Card Shuffle Sort and Sort Dash, we are now looking for talented individuals to help us build our next innovative puzzle game.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to be responsible for the overall vision, quality, and success of our puzzle games.

Responsibilities

• Designing fun game mechanics & features

• Build and execute product roadmaps. Prioritize updates based on player needs, business impact, and team resources.

• Collaborate with art, development, and QA teams. Deliver high-quality products on time that align with company goals.

• Monitor key KPIs like retention, LTV, and ARPU. Analyze player behavior data to provide insights that drive growth.

• Design and execute A/B tests. Optimize game features, mechanics, and monetization strategies.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for mobile gaming and game development

• 2+ years of experience in product management in puzzle games

• A creative mindset with a strong product sense and a deep understanding of the player experience

• A data-driven approach, with the ability to translate insights into actionable product decisions

• The ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional game development team
