Over the past year, Mynt's revenue has grown by more than 90%, making us one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Nordics.

As a tech-first company with a dedicated product mindset, we build empowered teams that solve complex problems and build solutions that reduce our customers' cognitive load and administrative needs. We have established strategic partnerships with leading players across banking, ERP, fleet, and mobility, across all Nordic markets.

Join Mynt to become part of an ambitious, curious and high-performing engineering team. With 110+ employees in Sweden, Finland and Norway, and strong momentum across the business, we are entering an exciting new phase of growth, scale, and increased international expansion.

About the role

At Mynt, we're on a mission to reshape how companies manage spending and payments. As a fast-growing fintech scale-up, our product is at the heart of everything we do. It keeps evolving to give customers more value and to grow the business sustainably.

We're looking for a Product Manager to own one of the core areas of our offering: cards, payments, expense management, integrations with accounting platforms, or travel products. You'll own your area end to end. That means finding the problems worth solving, deciding what to build and what not to build, and making sure it ships and makes a difference.

This is a role for someone who combines clear product thinking with strong execution. You'll work closely with engineering, design, partners and our commercial teams. You'll spend a lot of time with customers, suppliers and industry players to understand problems first-hand before shaping solutions.

What you'll do

  • Own the roadmap for your product area and tie it to clear business and customer outcomes

  • Talk to customers regularly, and turn what you hear and what the data shows into well-defined problems and priorities

  • Write clear specs and make good trade-offs between scope, quality and speed together with engineering and design

  • Work with external partners such as card issuers, payment providers and suppliers to scope and deliver solutions

  • Define success metrics for what you ship, follow up on them and iterate based on the results

  • Keep stakeholders aligned on what's coming, why it matters and what you're saying no to

Key skills we're looking for

  • Problem framing: You can turn a vague request into a sharp problem statement with a clear "why now" and a measurable outcome

  • Prioritisation: You make hard trade-offs, back them with reasoning and data, and are comfortable saying no

  • Customer insight: You dig past what customers ask for to understand what they need, and you know the difference between the two

  • Data fluency: You're comfortable pulling and interpreting data yourself, and SQL is a plus

  • Execution: You keep projects moving, spot blockers early and get things done without waiting to be asked

  • Clear communication: You write and speak clearly and adjust your message for engineers, executives, partners and customers

  • Technical understanding: You're comfortable discussing APIs, integrations and system constraints with engineers

  • Commercial sense: You understand how your product makes money and how your decisions affect revenue, cost and risk

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech

  • A track record of shipping products that moved a measurable metric

  • A university degree in Engineering or a closely related field

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Bonus if you have experience or knowledge in accounting or bookkeeping, including vouchers, VAT, and reconciliation workflows

Why youโ€™ll love it here

  • Be part of an amazing team in a fast-growing scale-up.

  • Enjoy a flexible working environment with a great office location in central Stockholm.

  • Shape your own development and responsibilities based on your passion and interest.

  • Recurring social and team activities, wellness allowance, 30 vacation days and competitive salary.

The position will be filled as soon as we find a suitable candidate. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you believe this for you! ๐ŸŒŸ
