Job Description
Title: eUnity Product Manager
Team: Product
About the Role
eUnity is an industry-leading medical imaging viewer used to put the right images and information in front of clinicians when and where they need them. As the eUnity Product Manager, you will work directly with customers and our teams to shape the future of eUnity and make medical imaging workflows simpler, faster, and more intuitive. You will spend regular time with PACS administrators, radiologists, technologists, clinicians, and other imaging stakeholders to understand how viewing technology is used in practice, where friction exists, and what would make a meaningful difference. Your role is to turn those insights into clear product priorities and experiences that reduce complexity, improve access to imaging, and help healthcare professionals focus more of their time on patient care. This is a role for someone who is curious, technically savvy, energized by solving hard problems, and motivated by making a difference in healthcare.
What You'll Do
Own and help shape the vision, strategy, roadmap, and releases for eUnity, Mach7’s enterprise medical imaging viewer.
Act as the intermediary between customer and market needs and R&D, advocating for eUnity and its users internally.
Engage regularly and directly with customers to understand medical imaging viewing workflows, observe how eUnity is used in practice, identify unmet needs, and validate product direction.
Build trusted relationships with PACS administrators, radiologists, technologists, clinicians, imaging leaders, and other stakeholders, bringing their voice into eUnity roadmap and release decisions.
Prevent (and remove) roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives.
Be an evangelist and subject matter expert for eUnity and enterprise medical imaging viewing within the community.
Organize and deliver internal and customer training, product demonstrations, workflow reviews, and feedback sessions for eUnity.
What We're Looking For
Required
Experience working directly with product and development teams in a collaborative medical software development environment.
Strong ability to translate customer problems, clinical viewing workflows, and imaging needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams.
Hands-on PACS administrator experience, with a strong understanding of medical imaging workflows, PACS operations, viewer integrations, DICOM, and the day-to-day needs of imaging departments.
Experience contributing to and managing product roadmaps, balancing customer outcomes, clinical workflow needs, market opportunities, technical considerations, and business priorities.
Demonstrated experience engaging directly with customers, managing and triaging requests, and using customer feedback to influence viewer and workflow product priorities.
Technology savvy and comfortable learning new tools, platforms, architectures, and healthcare technologies; able to engage credibly in technical discussions with customers and engineering teams.
Actively embraces AI as part of daily work, using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, requirements development, decision-making, and product discovery while applying sound human judgment.
Preferred
Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, initiatives, and technical frameworks such as HL7, DICOM, DICOMweb, FHIR, and IHE.
Clinical radiology or radiologic technology experience is a strong plus, including experience working in or closely with radiology, imaging, or diagnostic environments.
We recognize that candidates bring diverse experiences and backgrounds. If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply! Many strong candidates don’t check every box. We value potential, growth, and impact as much as experience.
Who You Are
An excellent communicator who is comfortable spending meaningful time with customers, listening carefully, asking strong questions, and building trust across clinical, operational, and technical audiences.
A natural leader who is well organized, manages time effectively, follows through, and takes ownership of customer and product outcomes.
Curious by nature and a lifelong learner who actively seeks to understand new technologies, customer workflows, market changes, and better ways of working.
Technically fluent and energized by innovation, with the aptitude and initiative to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and use AI to increase the quality and speed of product work.
About Mach7
Mach7 Technologies helps healthcare organizations bring all their medical images together in one place so they can be easily accessed, shared, and used to support patient care. Our enterprise imaging solutions, including a vendor-neutral archive (VNA), enterprise PACS, the eUnity enterprise diagnostic viewer, and teleradiology workflows, consolidate imaging from across the enterprise into a single, accessible source of truth. Built on open standards, including DICOM and a configurable HL7 engine, and free from proprietary data lock-in, our technology lets providers store, view, and share images on their own terms. The result is a simpler, more connected imaging environment that puts data ownership back where it belongs: with the people delivering care. Your data, your infrastructure, your choice.
