Partner with engineering and design teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
Prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort, and strategic value.
Define success metrics for features and initiatives, and track adoption and performance post-launch.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market research to inform product decisions.
Communicate roadmap, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure go-to-market readiness.
Mentor junior product managers and contribute to product process improvements.

Strong experience writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and working with cross-functional engineering teams.
Data-driven decision-making skills: comfortable defining metrics, analyzing data, and drawing actionable conclusions.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), able to work with distributed/remote teams.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, Amplitude, or similar.
Background in UX/design thinking or previous experience as a designer or engineer.
