Product Manager

A large healthcare technology business is looking for an experienced professional to join the product team. This role focuses on translating medical content and digital processes into a clear vision for documentation and patient lifecycle management. You will play a key part in ensuring high-quality, consistent data flows across the entire treatment path.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of a product domain focused on clinical documentation, managing everything from initial vision to roadmap execution.

• Analyze market needs and regulatory requirements to derive concrete product specifications for patient records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, and medical experts to plan releases and ensure user-friendly features.

• Define and optimize data structures and workflows to ensure health information remains interoperable and secure across systems.

• Track product success using key performance indicators and drive continuous improvements and go-to-market activities.

What we're looking for

• Extensive professional experience in product management or as a product owner within the healthcare information technology sector.

• Deep understanding of medical documentation processes and the ability to translate these into actionable user stories.

• Strong technical aptitude regarding data models, interfaces, and digital workflows in a software development environment.

• Proven ability to prioritize complex requirements and deliver robust, compliant product solutions.

• Fluency in German and English to effectively communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
