Show job description

You spot a clunky patient journey a mile off, and you can’t leave it alone. You’d rather rewrite it than write the ticket. And you get a real buzz from seeing the numbers move after you’ve made a change.

About Evaro

Evaro is a fully licensed and regulated healthcare platform that combines AI-assisted consultations with clinical oversight from qualified healthcare professionals. We provide instant medical access, diagnosis, and next-day prescription delivery for a wide range of primary care conditions, making quality healthcare faster and more accessible for everyone.

Why the long tail

We have hundreds of consultations for everyday treatments, from an abscess on your tooth to an antibiotic you need quickly. Together they’re the engine of our business, and nobody has yet had the chance to shape them end to end. Every consultation you launch or improve helps more patients get the care they came for, and helps Evaro grow.

About the role

You’ll run how we launch and improve these consultations, from the first idea to a live journey patients find easy. That means turning patient and commercial outcomes into clear priorities, owning the backlog, and building alongside our engineers. You’ll also get hands-on: spotting where a consultation is repetitive or in the wrong order, rewriting the copy, rebuilding it, and measuring the difference.

You’ll own the launch checklist, work with Clinical to get each launch signed off safely, and be consulted on every launch, in any area. You’ll also be Product’s day-to-day contact for our B2B team as new partners go live. You’ll have the freedom to ask “are we sure that’s right?” and to fix what doesn’t make sense. Your first six months are about making a visible difference to our highest-volume journeys.

Requirements

Essential

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar, working directly with engineering teams

  • You’ve shipped something real with AI doing most of the work, and keep finding better ways to use it

  • Confidence owning prioritisation, the backlog and delivery

  • You’re comfortable with data: you trace a number to its source and check whether a change worked

  • You write clear, patient-friendly copy and enjoy doing it yourself

  • You think from the patient’s side first, and you take ownership without waiting to be told

  • You’re comfortable challenging people, including clinical experts, and forming your own view

  • You can be in our Norwich office three or four days a week

Desired

  • Content design, UX or customer journey experience

  • Experience in healthcare, e-commerce or another regulated or high-volume consumer setting

  • Experience working with compliance, legal or clinical sign-off

  • Experience onboarding partners or customers onto a product

Application process

  • Stage 1 — A call with our Talent team

  • Stage 2 — A conversation with our Head of Product

  • Stage 3 — A short task for you to complete in your own time

  • Stage 4 — Come in and present your findings to us. You’ll also get the opportunity to meet the team and tour the office.
