About Us

Cenosco is a fast-growing SaaS company building industry-leading Asset Integrity Management software for the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Energy sectors. Our platform helps engineers around the world monitor critical infrastructure, prevent failures, and keep people and the environment safe - combining deep domain expertise with modern software practices.

With a distributed team spanning Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, we're scaling quickly while staying true to a flat, collaborative culture where engineers work closely with leadership and see the direct impact of their work.

Joining Cenosco means being part of a mission-driven company at the intersection of enterprise software and real-world industrial safety.

About the Role

At Cenosco, we build Asset Integrity Management Software trusted by global leaders in Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy and beyond. We are looking for a Product Manager to own a product area from day one, step in wherever a team needs product direction, and run the product operations that keep our squads aligned.

You will join the Product team, reporting to the Head of Product, and work closely with Engineering, Design and Domain Experts to turn customer needs into products that deliver real value. It is a broad role with plenty of room to grow as Cenosco expands.

What You'll Do

Product Ownership

  • Take full product ownership of our Integrity team: discovery, PRDs, backlog and sprint acceptance

  • Translate customer and domain needs into clear priorities and well-defined requirements

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design and Domain Experts to deliver real value every sprint

Flex Product Management

  • Provide product cover for delivery teams during longer leave, so no team is ever left without product direction

  • Triage ad-hoc requests (customer escalations, deal blockers, leadership asks) and drive a decision within our 48-hour intake commitment

  • Run discovery spikes that de-risk ideas before they land on a team's roadmap

Product Operations

  • Own our product operations cadence: weekly KPI status, release communication packs and product portal updates

  • Complete post-release metric cards to measure the impact of every major release

  • Facilitate continuous-improvement sessions and help scale our Ways of Working consistently across all squads

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS

  • Proven end-to-end product ownership: discovery, writing PRDs, managing a backlog and accepting work in sprints

  • Strong prioritisation skills and the judgement to make clear decisions under time pressure

  • Comfortable switching context between teams and product areas, and quick to get up to speed in a new domain

  • A data-driven mindset: experience defining and tracking product KPIs and measuring the impact of releases

  • A structured, consistent way of working - you enjoy building repeatable processes and seeing them through

  • Excellent stakeholder management, from engineers and domain experts to customers and leadership

  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams

  • Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with industrial software or safety-critical industries (Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Energy)

  • Hands-on experience with product operations, release management or product analytics tooling

  • Experience covering multiple teams or quickly onboarding into new product areas

Working Location

  • Croatia (Pula) - Hybrid

  • Croatia (Zagreb) - Hybrid

Why You'll Love Working with Us

  • Own a real product area from day one, with a clear path to leading your own delivery team

  • Broad exposure to all our products, teams and ways of working - a unique vantage point in the product organisation

  • Shape how product operations and metrics work across every squad

  • Work on software used in safety-critical industries - your work genuinely matters

  • Join a small, engaged team where your voice carries weight

  • Flexible working arrangements that fit both you and the role

  • Competitive compensation with meaningful additional perks and top-notch equipment

  • Real investment in your growth - continuous learning is part of how we work

  • Team activities chosen by the team, not the marketing department
