Who we are

Laters.com helps travellers book flights with flexible ways to pay, including buy now, pay later and crypto. Headquartered in Singapore, we are a fully remote start-up that uses AI to turn ideas into working products.

What you will do

You will be the link between every business function, including customer service, marketing, finance, strategy and leadership, and our product and engineering team. It is one of the most important roles in the business.

• Find the problems worth solving. Understand how the business works, question assumptions and agree clear requirements and measures of success.
• Set priorities. Weigh competing needs, shape the roadmap and help everyone understand what comes next and why.
• Build and test. Direct AI coding agents to build polished minimum viable products in our codebase. Read, test and explain what they produce, then improve it with users.
• See it through. Work with engineers through review and release, help people adopt what you ship and check whether it solved the problem.

What you bring

• High intelligence and strong critical thinking. You question the brief and find the real problem.
• Motivation, self-drive and a bias for execution. You learn quickly and finish what you start.
• Something built with a coding agent that people use, and the ability to review and explain the features and how it works, because you designed it in collaboration with business owners.
• At least five years of experience, including two owning results as a founder, a start-up product manager or a consultant at a top strategy firm.
• The ability to connect business needs with engineering, and excellent written English.

The practicalities

You will report to our Head of Product & Engineering, with a direct line to our Founder & CEO. You will need at least four hours of daily overlap with Singapore time.
