Product Manager

You’ll work at a global consulting firm, driving the evolution of its firmwide data platform alongside engineering, AI, data, and business teams.

About the role
You’ll own the near-term execution of the data platform, making sure key initiatives ship on time and putting in place the processes that let the platform scale. You’ll translate stakeholder needs into a clear delivery plan, coordinate work across engineering, vendors, and business teams, and drive adoption of the platform across the organization.
The focus is on delivery, stakeholder coordination, and change management, keeping a single, transparent view of priorities and trade-offs.

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record shipping complex technical work on schedule (milestones, dependencies, risk tracking)
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Product thinking with enough technical fluency to work with data engineers and shape roadmap decisions
• Experience driving adoption or enablement of a platform, tool, or data product in a large organization
• Clear, structured communication for leadership updates, documentation, and change communications
• Advanced English, written and verbal

Nice to have

• Experience with data platforms, analytics products, or data governance
• Agile delivery and OKR-based planning
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, or IT Security on data protection and access control
• Background in consulting or professional services
