Description

Company

When it comes to innovation and achievement there are few organisations with a better track record. Join us and you’ll be able to play a big part in the success of our highly successful, fast-paced business that opens up Europe so that people can exercise their get-up-and-go. With almost 300 aircraft flying over 1,000 routes to more than 32 countries, we’re the UK’s largest airline, the fourth largest in Europe and the tenth largest in the world. Set to fly more than 90 million passengers this year, we employ over 10,000 people. Its big-scale stuff and we’re still growing.

Over the last 30 years, easyJet has disrupted the travel industry, changing the way people fly across the UK and Europe. Today, with a fleet of over 300 aircraft and 85 million annual passengers, we are still innovating. What sets us apart is our "Orange Spirit"—our passion, forward-thinking mindset, and sense of fun.

Job Overview

Are you ready to keep a major airline moving. Are you ready to lead one of the airline industry’s most commercially and environmentally significant digital product areas? easyJet is building world-class operational capabilities, putting data and AI at the heart of our strategy.

Product and its ways of working is new to Easyjet, and we are looking for people who are able to help us mature our capability as we journey through the skies together!

This role sits at the intersect between the business, technology teams and our customers, and will really make the difference. The team is highly specialised in emerging technologies and importantly understands airline operations and factors that help recover from disruption events.

Key Responsibilities

As a Product Manager working reporting to the Senior Product Manager you will support and drive the strategy, development, and delivery of products that directly impact millions of passengers and frontline staff across Europe.

Supporting a critical product domain— aligned to driving the long-term vision, delivering on strategic priorities, and guiding multiple cross-functional squads. These teams, made up of engineers, analysts, and delivery partners, will rely on your leadership to ensure every product decision is grounded in customer insight, operational efficiency, and commercial value. You will play a key role in shaping the products that will enable the airline’s growth, competitiveness, and customer experience at scale.

This is a highly collaborative and strategically influential role. You’ll work closely with operational teams, third-party suppliers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into clear priorities and value-focused roadmaps. You’ll also be responsible for aligning your product strategy with broader corporate objectives, ensuring that your roadmap supports both near-term delivery and long-term transformation. You’ll provide clear, data-driven insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.

This role is ideal if you thrive in a high-volume, high-impact environment with hands-on execution.

You’ll focus on solving problems, identifying opportunities, and applying new capabilities like AI, Agentic AI, and automation, to return human hours to focus on what matters most. Speed and accuracy of decisions, augmented intelligence and accuracy are key for our future network control teams.
