Product Priorities

For product management, shape roadmaps, prioritise features, and coordinate delivery with design, engineering, and commercial teams.

For business analysis, gather requirements, map workflows, assess options, and help stakeholders agree on practical solutions.

For AI product management, identify suitable user problems for AI features, define expected outcomes and safeguards, and coordinate evaluation with technical teams.

Across the role, clarify success measures, maintain decision records, and communicate trade-offs in plain language. The position can focus on one track; expertise across all three is not required.

Your Background

Experience in product, business analysis, or digital product delivery is preferred. Strong discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication skills are valuable. AI product candidates should be comfortable translating between user needs and technical considerations; deep machine learning expertise is not required for every track. A degree or equivalent experience is welcome.

Flexible part-time hours and hybrid work can be arranged around discovery sessions, planning cycles, and delivery milestones.
