Your tasks Development and implementation of the product strategy for your dedicated product groups of Conveying Solutions (ContiTech BA Industrial Solutions EMEA) Product portfolio management under lifecycle and profitability aspects (launch, in-market-phase, end-of-Life, setting of strategic price points, create product training materials, product business performance) Driving the organization to implement the product portfolio and roadmap in the most profitable way Identifying and developing current and future value-selling opportunities Management of Product Master Data for product information management (PIM), product hierarchy and input for marketing activities (e.g. catalogues, trainings) Identifying and analyzing specific markets, trends and evolving customer needs Support the creation, decision-making and execution of business cases for new business opportunities Definition of product requirements for customers and internal interfaces Your profile Academic degree in Economics, Economical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in a B2B environment in at least one of the following functional areas: Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Development/Application Engineering or Project Management Experienced in industrial products, especially in the rubber area Proven project management and project leadership experience Business fluent English language skills (written & spoken) Proven ability to successfully work in highly diverse global teams Good organizational, teamwork and problem-solving skills Excellent multicultural communication and networking skills Willingness for domestic and international business travels
