Job Title: Product Manager – Digital Commerce & Loyalty Platforms Location: 100% Remote, Canada Experience: 5 to 10 Years Rate: $125k to $135k CAD/Annum Role Summary: NearSource is seeking a Product Manager to lead digital commerce and loyalty platform initiatives for a Fortune 500 product company. This role will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle across web and mobile ecosystems, ensuring scalable implementation, measurable revenue growth, and enhanced customer engagement. The selected candidate will partner with cross-functional engineering, UX, and business teams to execute product strategy, optimize digital performance, and deliver enterprise-grade commerce capabilities. Key Responsibilities Define and drive product strategy for digital commerce platforms and customer engagement initiatives Lead implementation and continuous optimization of e-commerce applications and loyalty or rewards capabilities Architect and maintain a product roadmap aligned with revenue, retention, and customer experience objectives Translate business needs into structured, functional, and technical requirements Own backlog prioritization to ensure high-impact feature delivery Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering execution Act as the primary liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders Conduct market research and competitive analysis across digital commerce landscapes Partner with UX and design teams to deliver intuitive, conversion-optimized user experiences Drive go-to-market planning for new platform enhancements and feature launches Monitor and analyze KPIs, including conversion rate, retention, engagement, and digital revenue metrics Leverage customer feedback, support trends, and system insights to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with digital payment standards, security protocols, and enterprise best practices Manage third-party vendor relationships, including payment gateways, analytics tools, and marketing platforms Provide structured reporting and executive-level updates aligned with broader business strategy Maintain comprehensive product documentation and release governance records Must-Have Skills Bilingual proficiency in Spanish 5 to 10 Years of product management experience in digital or e-commerce platforms Strong experience leading digital product implementation and lifecycle management Proven experience operating within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban Demonstrated expertise in backlog ownership and roadmap planning Ability to write structured user stories and clearly defined acceptance criteria Strong understanding of e-commerce performance metrics, including conversion rate, retention, and revenue growth Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, marketing, and operations teams Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret product performance and customer data Strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills Nice-to-Have Skills Experience leading loyalty or rewards program initiatives Familiarity with omnichannel commerce strategies and digital application ecosystems Experience with payment integrations and checkout optimization Background in retail, financial services, or high-volume transactional environments Exposure to third-party vendor management Certifications Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile certification Product Management certification Apply now , or share your resume with salary expectations at [email protected] .
