Product Manager, eCommerce Solutions

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a Product Manager, eCommerce Solutions to join our evolving Product team and help shape the future of commerce for small and medium businesses across Asia.

Our merchants depend on us to make online acceptance work without needing to become payments specialists. You will turn scheme mandates and regulatory change into working product, keep the portfolio compliant, and use payment data to improve approval rates, conversion and merchant outcomes. You will work across six markets with global platform teams, schemes, gateways, processors, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Sales and Operations.

What you'll own

• Card-scheme and regulatory mandate assessment, prioritization and delivery across the Asia SMB eCommerce portfolio.

• Practical compliance solutions delivered through platforms and partner integrations with minimal merchant disruption.

• Payment performance, including approval rates, false declines, authentication abandonment, fraud and chargeback outcomes.

• Data-led improvements to authentication, tokenization, credentials, retries, authorization data and issuer performance.

• Clear stakeholder education, regional advocacy and collaboration with global platform owners.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in payments product management or delivery with strong card-not-present experience.

• Ability to interpret scheme bulletins and translate them into platform, operational and merchant actions.

• Hands-on knowledge of gateways, checkout, EMV 3DS, tokenization, fraud tools, APIs and alternative payment methods.

• A record of delivering compliance or regulatory initiatives to fixed dates.

• Strong analytical, technical, written and stakeholder-management capability in a global matrix environment.
