Axxess is seeking a Product Manager, Home Health Billing to help shape and deliver technology solutions that support providers across the care-at-home continuum. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to guide solutions from conception through launch. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of home health billing and collections operations, strong product judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to translate complex billing workflows into clear priorities, product roadmaps, and development-ready requirements.

What you will do…

  • Partner with the product team to define product vision, roadmap priorities, and growth opportunities
  • Translate knowledge of Home Health billing and collections workflows into scalable technology solutions in partnership with engineering
  • Engage regularly with customers, focused user groups, and key healthcare associations to ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in product strategy and execution
  • Partner with internal and external domain experts to identify emerging practice trends and market needs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Engineering to turn customer problems, market insights, competitive analysis, and regulator considerations into actionable strategies, high-level product requirements, roadmaps, and execution plans
  • Conduct product and market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify growth opportunities, and define best-in-class product requirements that deliver measurable customer value
  • Measure adoption, utilization, and business impact of Home Health features, products, and services to assess value for customers and the company
  • Represent and advocate for the product through customer presentations, user groups, trade shows, sales enablement, internal roadmap communications, and strategic deal support
  • Monitor regulatory changes, deadlines, and industry requirements that may affect Home Health billing and product priorities

What you bring…

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of Home Health experience required; billing and collections experience strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of software product management experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Home Health billing operations, requirements, and provider workflows required
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market opportunities and customer needs into operational product plans with a development organization
  • Knowledge of healthcare legislation, regulatory bodies, and requirements affecting provider operations
  • Experience with Agile methodology and product marketing preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex work, and drive execution in a dynamic environment

If local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, this role requires a hybrid work schedule, including a minimum of three days per week in the office.
