JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Product Manager to execute product strategy and roadmap initiatives for market data, reference data, and enterprise platform capabilities. The role focuses on product development, platform modernization, data governance, AI-driven innovation, stakeholder management, and delivery of scalable solutions that drive business value, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Bangalore

Mode of Work: Hybrid

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Product Management experience (5+ years defining product roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery outcomes)
  

• Market Data and Reference Data domain expertise within financial services environments
  

• Data Governance and Data Management frameworks with enterprise-scale implementation experience
  

• Modern Data Platform Architecture including cloud-based and distributed data ecosystems
  

• Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Automation, or Advanced Analytics product delivery exposure
  

• Stakeholder Management across senior leadership, technology, operations, and business teams
  

• Strategic planning with commercial acumen, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience focus
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making capabilities
  

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  

• Agile/Scrum product delivery methodologies and product lifecycle tools
  

• Financial market infrastructure and enterprise data platform modernization programs
  

• Data quality, metadata management, and master data management solutions

PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, Finance, or related field
  

• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams
  

• Ownership: Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of strategic product initiatives and platform capabilities
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive stakeholder engagement experience
  

• Ability to drive innovation, challenge the status quo, and deliver measurable business outcomes
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for market data, reference data, and platform capabilities
  

• Prioritize investments and manage product initiatives aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements
  

• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, and governance teams to deliver scalable solutions
  

• Drive AI, machine learning, automation, and analytics initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience
  

• Strengthen data governance, controls, operational resilience, and financial transparency across platforms
  

• Monitor product performance, financial outcomes, risks, and business value realization
  

• Lead product lifecycle management from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement
  

• Develop high-performing teams while fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence
