About the Role
The Product Manager, Systems plays a critical role in ensuring the product organization builds the right solutions in the right way by deeply understanding how the system operates today, how clients and associates use it, and what investments are needed to improve performance, stability, quality and ultimately scalability over time. This role includes writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and leading cross-functional refinement sessions. By maintaining a clear view of system health, dependencies, risks, and future opportunities, the Product Manager, Systems enables stronger product decisions, faster learning, more reliable delivery, and ultimately better end-to-end experiences.
