You will manage a portfolio of People Analytics products, including a global ecosystem of Power BI dashboards providing workforce metrics, insights and data.

Alongside strengthening our existing products, you will shape their future direction by introducing AI-powered and advanced analytics capabilities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Strong experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Product Management or related fields, ideally with exposure to People Analytics or HR technology

· Good knowledge of HR systems, workforce data, HR metrics and data governance

· Experience with Power BI, data modelling, semantic models and modern data platforms such as Snowflake

· Ability to translate complex business questions into product requirements and analytical solutions

· Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs using Agile ways of working

· Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

· Experience with AI-powered analytics, advanced analytics, or machine learning would be a strong advantage

· Previous team management experience, or a clear aspiration to grow into a people leadership role, would be a strong advantage

In this position you will earn no less that 21 845 gross monthly

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

· Own the product strategy, roadmap, backlog and end-to-end lifecycle of People Analytics products

· Translate business and P&C needs into scalable data and analytics solutions

· Develop the Power BI ecosystem to improve usability, adoption and business value

· Partner with P&C, IT, Data & Analytics teams and external providers

· Work with HR data models, semantic models, Snowflake and modern data architecture

· Ensure strong data quality, governance, privacy, security and access controls

· Identify and drive opportunities to enhance analytics products with AI and advanced analytics

· Align senior stakeholders and lead complex cross-functional delivery

· Take a hands-on role in product delivery while coordinating and supporting internal and external contributors
