Role summary This role owns a bounded slice of the Pro Tools surface (e.g. statistics, invoice self-serve, or a specific stage of the agent portfolio experience) and ships measurable improvements against agent-experience metrics — the delivery engine next to the Staff PM, turning framed problems into shipped, measured solutions.
